a lot of debris in hillmans that was old. got to 4400’ and hand shears were failing on isolation. turned around here as visibility got worse, wind transport was present and the pockets of new snow became deeper here as this was a good spot for snow to catch. although hillmans slid already it is still very much low tide there.
