Quick report

The day started out cold but sunny, we ascended Right Gully at 9am. Wind blown snow accumulated at the bottom and top of the gully while the rest offered a hard pack surface that was mostly impenetrable when hiking and skiing. At the top of the gully we observed the top 1-2" of the snow surface fracturing when compressed, fragmenting and exposing softer snow beneath.
