Quick report
The fall equinox snow has melted away almost everywhere in our forecast zone. The exceptions are a few small patches of discontinuous snow lingering on the highest, north-facing terrain features of snow favored peaks such as Treasure and Treasury (see photos). Thus, the September snow won't be a significant player this season and this week's snow should bond well to the dirt, rocks, and grass that make up our current "storm interface."
