Triggered an avalanche coming down from Red Cone to Horseshoe Lake. I expected it might be possible since it was a very hairy descent. I followed what I thought was a skier's second lap up in the trees, but at the end of the tracks, I realized they ended up looking at two different lines down (the first of which I took back in December which required dismounting from the skis due to the lack of snow) and decided to head back up and take a different path. I decided to try for the second line down and a high speed escape, and thankfully was unscathed, though it caught me a bit in the back of my skis. This occurred about 90 feet up from the lake.
