Quick report

The danger is definitely dropping and the weak layer at the old snow surface is much less sensitive that I anticipated. There could be a lot of reasons for this including - old tracks, sun, wind, warm air, etc.

I still think that there are some booby traps out there - probably near treeline, probably in some out-of-the-way places that people will go to as slopes get tracked up. I think we'll probably see at least another avalanche on this layer. It's buried about 12-20" deep.

All avalanches appear to have happened 2-3 days prior
