Quick report
Rain-line around 4200' in the early AM hours climbing to 5000' in the afternoon. Accumulations above 5000' varied with aspect and elevation. Snowfall was persistent all day. •Traces of snow at lower elevations quickly turned to 2-4" fresh, moist snow around 5000'. •At 6500' (high point) on a sheltered N aspect, roughly 10" of moist, heavy snow was observed. •Snow transport was occurring at our high point, creating small isolated pockets of very thin windslab from moderate SW winds. •Overall, was pleasantly surprised to see a nice base developing in the upper reaches.
