Quick report

Collapsing
isolated

Very wet saturated snow with high ski and boot penetration. On our SW solar aspect, the surface hoar layer was a melt/freeze crust that was roughly 2-4cm thick. Clustered rounds of moist snow grains below crust with slightly increasing hardness to the ground. Snowpack temp was primarily at 0 F throughout. Pretty terrible skiing. Was not there for that. Collapsing in CT on buried surface hoar/ crust. No Propagation during ECT.
