Traveled into various slopes in Firebrand Pass. Weather and snow pack reflected a typical spring backcountry day with no significant findings: -Thin snow pack throughout the travel region had a good overnight freeze which produced a supportable crust which made travel easy -Temperatures did get above freezing during the corn cycle in the afternoon. No wet slides observed today or evidence during of any activity during this last weeks avalanche cycle -We did dig into the snow pack on a SE aspect and discovered rounding of the facets -
