Quick report
Hiked up to snow field at 10000' well consolidated with surface runnels. About 110cm thick with very hard 1.5-2cm ice lens just under the surface with two additional ice layers at about 20cm and 50cm down. Most non-ice layers 1-4 finger hardness with exception of fist soft layer under 2nd lens at about 25cm. Amateur column tests were CT24 sudden planar and ECTP23 broke at soft layer.
