Quick report
Toured up to ghost trees, noticed there were no skin tracks, but a large debris pile on the apron. When looking up, you could see a large crown extending across the majority of the slope. The crown appeared quite deep, but we did not investigate. We were surprised to see an avalanche propagating so much of the dense forest. We also saw another old avalanche further downslope in the morraine, but couldn't be sure if it was storm slab or PWL slab. Crown was 1 m deep.
