Solar affect on South aspects were less than favorable, with a sturdy crust under about 10cm new snow. This was easily avoided by crossing the ridge to NE aspect We saw a cornice failure from the wall between 3 and 4 right at 12:00.

Ran a couple CT on SE aspect, failed 25 80cm down (RP) Second CT18, 45cm down. (RP) We suspect these to be the Jan 27 and Feb 19 respectively. Dug a second pit on an east aspect with no results.
