Checking out the snow pack after the rain

Went out to Lumberton to check out the snow pack. Not much left at 1600m, getting better by 1800m and 170cm at 2000m. But a rain crust with heavy dense snow underneath. Natural avalanche activity on east and south facing slopes that typically have natural activity.
