Thar/ Nak Recon

Day started out fully overcast and +1*C at the DS Lake parking lot. During the climb up to the summit of Thar the temperature dropped towards -5*C, closer to -10 with windchill. Wind was minimal lower down but once contouring around to the summit at around 1700m experienced strong winds gusting. Swirling around quite a bit but predominantly came from the NE. Some wind transport at ridgeline. Snow transitioned from heavy and saturated to variable wind and crust around 1500m.
