We're in a prolonged 'status quo' mindset, with no significant changes to the snowpack and little activity on the December 7 PWL. With this, we went looking for good snow on the east side of the White Pass again. Sheltered valleys where the snow has had the chance to facet with little exposure to wind has provided the best ski quality this week. New snow throughout the late week/weekend may provide some new opportunities to ski fresh snow, but we're not complaining about the facet-pow right now. Get it if you can.
