Today in the upper burnt we had a chilly day of riding some nice dry powder. We dug our pit just below tree line at 1400m on a north east aspect on a 23 degree slope. Our compression test gave us results of a new snow interface reacting in the easy range at CTE5 SC down 20cm soft snow. Our next layer was reactive in the moderate range at CTM14 broken fracture down 36cm on facet forms. Our final layer was reactive In the hard range at CTH23 SC down 63cm on a dense facet layer. Total Hight of Snow is 240cm
