Up to 1800m or so was heavy snow with sun effect. Around 1900m in shady aspects was nice dense powder. Dug a quick pit which showed the latest 15cm snowfall layer on top of the older consolidated base. Rode all afternoon and sampled some slopes and got more confident as the day went on. Nothing reactive whatsoever.
Snow conditions were: Crusty, Deep powder, Powder. Weather conditions were: Cloudy, Sunny. We rode: Alpine slopes, Mellow slopes, Steep slopes, Sunny slopes. We avoided: Convex slopes, Sunny slopes. Riding quality was good.
