Pedley Pass East Face

Went up to Pedley Pass to try a different line today that no one else usually does. we were hpoing tohave a look at the steep mountain off the summer trail. we went up some dense, and steep trees to access the ridge so we could have a look.

pretty decent weather.

We dug a pit near the top of the mountain we had climbed, and found some questionable results. we did a compression test, the height of our column was 145 and was on steep terrain with some rocks at the ground, and did not have any results. but, we where sceptical about how one layer looked about 70 down so we did another compression test. got different results with a fracture after 22 hits 70 down, it was a resistant planner.
