Last dance with St Mary's jane

Final day of our field trip was a quick poke into the alpine on Bootleg. Surface conditions were similar to the last few days with 20 cm of soft powder on the solid rain crust, and a thinner breakable crust at the surface on solar aspects. Ridgetop winds were gusty, but only moving a tiny bit of snow around. No significant snowpack test results, signs of instability, or recent avalanches.
