Deep at Elkford

Lots of natural avalanches from yesterday's storm. All aspects alpine and treeline. Mostly size 2s with occasional size 3. We didn't see any new avalanches today. 30-40 cm of recent storm snow at 1800 m. Appeared wind affected treeline and alpine. Below treeline was amazing riding. Areas with less than ~140 cm of snow on the ground had a very facetted and unsupportive bottom of the snowpack.
