We skied through the McMur Trees for two laps and exited via Stadium Gully Left and lower Home Run. The snow was amazing in sheltered areas and the trees - the best powder of the season so far in this area (IMO). The snow in open areas was soft and slightly wind-affected in the morning but soft slabs were developing later in the afternoon as the wind picked up. Earlier in the day, we got Friday evening's storm snow to slide on a convex roll at the top of the small ridge as you head toward McMur Trees (see photo and location of this MIN on the map.) Also, just an FYI for those wanting to ski Cleavage, we saw a massive cornice overhanging the rock wall skiers right in Cleavage (sorry, no picture) from the up-track toward Stadium. The cornice over Exit gully also loomed large as seen from the uptrack through the trees beside Home Run. Powder on.
