Quick report

Just wanted to report the wind effect starting around 5,000ft above the Methow Valley and getting progressively more intense until I stopped and turned around at about 5,400ft elevation. Snow depth atop the south ridge of Fawn varies greatly, from 10cm-33cm depending upon tree coverage/wind exposure and is deepest (2ft+) on the leeward side of the numerous cornices building up. It was actively snowing at this elevation as I left, but turned to rain by about 3,800ft.
