No blowing snow observed on ridge lines NW to SW. Obscured 7:30-10 am Sun came out around 10am. No precip, above freezing temps.
Snowpack
Snowpack got wet and sticky increasing as day went on. Crust at lower elevations band was gone and was wet at 3pm. Grapple layer found did not seem reactive in hand sheer at 3660 ft but clean sheer for hand sheer 65 cm down about 15cm above the 1/3 crust layer. Surface hoar braking down in sunlight 1140am at 3667ft west facing slopes, no wind.
