Nice to get above the frigid valley air with pleasant temperatures above 5k. Cold below. Snow quality remained high throughout all elevations traveled (3.2-7k) on N, E, and W aspects with minor wind effect . Experienced a few large rolling collapses (sapling shakers) on an E/SE aspect at 6,200. HS here was ~140cm and a hasty dig showed the F hard jankiness below dec crusts (~70cm down).
