FORECASTER COMMENTS: This is the second observation submitted today from the Tushars. As with the other observation, it highlights weak snow buried deeper in the snowpack. Be sure to check the end of the video when the column fails on the first tap. This appears to be a concern all over central and southwestern Utah mountains.
