- <p>Weak layer of most concern was the fist hard snow in the middle of 4f top and bottom in the newest snow layer, 4 to 6 inches down. It would readily fail in that zone, but was non planar and very low energy.</p>

- <p>The top 4 to 6 inches cracks easily. Noted one small natural slide that failed at that depth. </p> <p>Graupel was coming down at least from 6:30 to 8am when we got off the hill. Light and about 3 to 4 mm in diameter. It was pooling and getting pushed around by the wind. </p>
10" from the Wednesday storm, 14" of settled snow under that from the Sunday Monday storm. Very icy but well bonded 4mm grains under that.
