Toured to Edelweiss. Ridge top winds primarily out of SW, gusting quite strong. Plenty of snow transport happening. Edelweiss skied well, no signs of instability. Lower rollover to transition point showed more signs of wind effect, with generally wind out of the east, running up the pitch. Experienced similar wind direction skinning up Christmas tree bowl. Skinned up to Telemark bowl, experienced very isolated collapse and shooting cracks traversing along top of ridge by wind pillows heading back towards top parking lot.
