Skied Second Turn and skinned up next to the road to avoid walking in the road. I know not to ski the road cuts and triggered this road cut while skinning below it. I've always been wary of this slope as I and others have skinned/walked below it many times. Today it slid, leaving me to believe the safest way to get from the bottom of Second Turn to the top of the pass is to skin through the trees and then ski the last shot of First Turn. Nobody carried, caught etc. Slow moving soft slab. Noticed sensitive wind drifts on our decent.
