Quick report

Cracking
isolated

Calm, cloudy, and lightly snowing in the morning. Approximately 4-5" of new snow at upper elevations on top of a supportive crust on E aspects. Not much of a crust on N aspects above 8k. Very little surface wind effect. Thought about skiing Broken Thumb but found the 3/20 interface in hand pits and opted for less consequential terrain. Increasing snowfall in the early afternoon with very strong gusts starting around 3pm. Lots of snow coming down from the trees and sluffs coming off the cliffs into logjam. Isolated cracking in the new snow and loose dry sluffs running fast and far
