Hard supportable rain crust widespread below 9000'. No collapses felt. Very soft slabs within the last 3 days snowfall in very steep terrain with explosives and ski cuts.

Many small explosive triggered avalanches during mitigation by JHSP. Recon to Rock Springs had on long propagation with failure on a density change approximately 4" above the rain Crust. SS-AS-R2-D2-S with a 6-10 inch crown.
