Numerous natural slab avalanches released late in the day with the onset of very heavy snowfall for a few hours coupled with fairly strong wind. My best estimate is that these slides only involved the storm snow which measured 20" at the LAMB weather station just around the corner. As avalanches go, these were not very large BUT larger than you want to deal with if you triggered one.
