50's ski movie

Got out for a few laps yesterday and poked around in the snow. Snow was better than expected with 10 cms on top of a supportive crust. Made for some fun boarding on 50's Ski Movie NE. Rode open lower angle slope down into the trees most the way back to Plewman trail before things started to get too thin.

Performed a few tests on 2 pits ~ 30 m apart, E facing, 2100 m. 80-90 cms total snow and 1 layer of concern ~45 cms down, likely November 21 Surface hoar. Compression test and ECT both failed around 20 taps with a small pop and smooth interface.
