Observation: Cutler Ridge

Just saw there were no reports from the Ogden area mountains on 12/9, so I thought I would throw this in.

Below 7000 ft, the snowpack is locked up now with dust on crust and low hazard. Some wind effect from near the end of the storm in places, but we did not observe any major slabs or concerns on our route to about 8500 feet where the settled new snow depth was variable due to wind redistribution but perhaps averaged 20 cm. Good surfy skiing on north and northeast aspects, transitioning to bottom feeding with decreasing elevation below 7500 feet. Observed signs of more wind effect and cross loading at upper elevations in Cutler Basin.
