Quick report
We observed some saltation on our way up from a SW breeze coming down the drainage. Clear skies lent themselves to warm temps by 10am in the sheltered bowls above. No wet instabilities observed, nor signs of any wind slabs from recent moderate to strong+ winds at ridge tops the last few days. Entrance to the Col is quite nice with plenty of options with no cornice features. Lake has no frozen features whatsoever. Cold overnight temps, Northerly winds, and low sun angle continue to help keep the snow quite nice.
