Observation: Room of Doom

Headed upto Room of Doom today and we were surprised to find a fairly deep pack on the true north facing aspect. Depths ranged from 130-160cms in the area we dug in. Good news:the basal facets in this zone are healing. Bad news:this was a very isolated snowpack compared to the rest of the drainage and range, and we are forming another weak layer with this current high pressure.
