Rainbow Ski Field Backcountry A few different spots checked out today and a wide range of conditions found. 1) S 1666m, 26 degree, 30cm depth, 5cm foot pen 2) N, 1770m, 21 degrees, depth 100cm - 30cm 3) E, 1800m, 24 Degrees, Wind slab on surface, decomposing pp, rain crust, alternate crust and soft to ground. Depth 45cm 4) E, 1786m, 39 degrees, depth 60cm, 40cm wind deposition on top of 20cm 1F layer.
