Avi Little Hector (E Alpine)

High alpine dry loose off of Little Hector on Sunday, just after 1100. Travelling down rock bands, releasing a 50m wide slab 30-40 cm deep. Respect large alpine. We chose to transition to glacier travel well away from this slope. We witnessed the avalanche from our transition. Another group chose to transition closer. Still winter above 2600m.
