Quick Observation

Tricky skiing because of flat light. The snow was mash-potatoe-like yet pretty fun to ski. Temperatures seemed to get higher past Mousetrap, even a t-shirt was enough. At 2400 m, which is as far as we went, the snow was still moist and was sticking to unwaxed skins. No wind, no signs of natural avalanches. A crust could be felt in many areas under more recent surface snow which had been distributed unevenly.
