Reactive Surface Hoar Layer

Multiple small (size 1.0) skier and snowmobile triggered avalanches on surface hoar layer down 15-30cm. Surface hoar on bed surface was well preserved and up to 20mm in size. Numerous settlements felt while moving through terrain.
