Riding was surprisingly good late day with supportable snow and good spring riding conditions. Daniels lodge trailer were well groomed and off trail was go anywhere snow with minimal avalanche risk for the day (Thursday 3/11).
Noted 180cm of snow on northern side of ridgelines and 80-160cm from trailheads and throughout the ride.
Snow was refreezing by 5-6pm and became less and less fun as the sun fell out of view.
