Hero Knob

Crossing fairly steep slope underneath rock headwall. Traveling one at a time the first skier crossed successfully but the slope gave way on the second skier. He was able to get his skis directed down slope and keep himself upright as the avalanche carried him down. Avalanche was about 1 m high, 40 m across and travelled a few 100m.
