Pow at the back of Cameron lake

No snow on the cameron lake road but back of the lake had over 250cm! We crossed the lake, it was a bit slushy but seemed quite stable. New snow made the top 30cm of snow soft and powdery, sticky snow in places. Little bit of reactivity on column test but the rest of the snow pack was pretty consolidated. We saw no evidence of recent avalanche activity. It was stormy the whole day, snowing heavily at the back of Cameron lake but sunny and few snowflakes on the Cameron lake road.
