Skied the Chester lake couloir Sunday with a early ish start to the day snow on the face stayed cold and stable throughout the bootpack (dropped in at around 1-1:30). There was a group slightly above us that skied it first and conditions where decently good. The top of the couloir had the best snow and the bottom had one section of icy patches but overall the couloir skied great with some areas of pow. We did top out but we down climbed the first 10 or so meters because it was rocky and wind effected and it honestly wasn’t worth it. We did run in to some windslab near the top but it was hard and unreactive.
