Several collapses along a ridgeline at 8,800'. One of them was large and kept us off of north facing terrain. Some minor cracking around skis in wind loaded areas above 8,500'. Isolated to this morning's snowfall.

Snowed an inch an hour from 10am to 2pm. Light ridgetop wind out if the west at 9,000'. Calm below.
Snowpack
Minimal slab development in this morning's storm snow (3-5"). Yesterday's wind formed stiffer wind slabs below the new snow. The sensitivity of these slabs is on the decline.
We found no buried surface hoar in two pits but did find that the 1mm facets at the January drought interface were fist hard and weak on a northeasterly aspect at 8,800’. This is where we felt the largest collapse. A quick pit on a northwestern aspect at 8,300’ contained rounded, moist 1mm facets beneath 18" of settling snow (fist-four finger hard). Solars below 8k held a friable sun crust formed during yesterday's clear spell.
