Forecast was spot on. The most present danger was trauma from the preseason and slide for life conditions. The snow pack was very homogenous and right side up on all aspects. I was pretty stoked on how it looked until I noticed that the surface snow on the northerly slopes, in particular, had become faceted due to the cold and clear weather we've had (see photo). Definitely something to watch for when the next storm arrives.
