Avalanche
ASc-SS-D2 ~20cm deep on a 40-degree west-aspect at 5800ft. behind (south of) Meteorite. The result of a deliberate ski cut. No capture, no carry. Settled storm or wind pressed snow (one-finger minus hardness) was slightly more dense than the top of the bed-surface below. Had the "feel" of a wind slab but the characteristics of a storm slab.
