Quick observation @9400 east facing between big flats and ant knolls ridgeline.
10-14" faceted to the ground with a 1-2" breakable decomposing crust. Snow starts at ~8500 with no snow on anything with a slight Southern face.
Skiing was mostly unsupportable and down right funky in most spots as a result of sinking under the crust.
