In Tucks: very warm in the sun midday. Left Gully to half way. Two instances of 6 inch or more deep cracks in snow at the downhill edge of rocks on climbers left propagating several feet to the right and left. These cracks existed prior to our arrival and appeared stable. One instance of pencil width crack from climbers left to about mid gully. So signs of instability passing or skiing over this crack. Snow was firm, wind packed, chalky. No signs of instability while skiing. Observed hiker above in the gully who appeared to have no boot traction or ice axe or poles and was moving gingerly and very slowly. Discussed with other skiers the hazard of this individual falling down on us. Lobster Claw to just above split. Wet heavy but surprisingly fast snow. Some roller balls but not enough to generate a small wet loose.
Avalanche
Crown lines all across headwall from Chute to Sluice. Windblown debris field on floor.
