Quick report
- Red Flags Comment
-
Not many red flags. Snow is mostly stable with some minor roller balls and very small sluffs in steep, sun exposed slopes. All the old wind slabs are quite settled out and stable.

Snowpack
We could find some not-half-bad powder snow on the north facing slopes between 10,000 and 11,000' in East Castle, which is part of Alta Ski Area but the Pt. Supreme and Sugarloaf lifts are now closed for the season. No, it's not fly in your face powder but dense and turnable in between the wind damage. Everything else is damp but is actually quite good turning because the combination of sun and cool breeze kept everything at a perfect state of mushiness.
