While skimming and skiing Silver Mine Meadows we experienced multiple collapses. No shooting cracks, only small chunks breaking off into the skin track. A quick hand pit just below 9,000' didn't have a clean shear layer but there was an obvious density change in the snow about a foot down where half the block came out somewhat clean.
