It appears from the tracks that some skiers skiing a hanging snowfield triggered two seperate soft slabs. Judging by the location, I'd guess this was unintentional. When choosing to ski on very exposed terrain, it is best to wait until persistent weakness within the snowpack is not active any more and is not producing numerous avalanches on a daily basis.
